FOOTBALL: The Austin connection

Looks like Kent Austin’s name may have been suggested by departing coordinator David Lee. Lee was Ole Miss quarterbacks coach from 1978-1982 for Steve Sloan, a time that included the first half of Austin’s career. The two reportedly remain very close.
