The Florida quarterback’s impromptu speech following Ole Miss’ 31-30 win has been put on a plaque outside The Swamp. How does this make you feel as an Ole Miss fan?
I’ve never been clear if Tebow was more stunned that he lost or that he lost to Ole Miss.

Tebow is a good person and a great athlete. I admire him for reacting the way he did…and then did exactly what he said he would do. I think he’s deserving of having the plaque. But, I’m more proud of the Rebels’ performance that day, especially on the 4th and one stop.

Tebows a good guy. Maybe he thinks he didnt play his “A” game. I Think if Florida and Ole Miss would have played again the following week……..He gives the same speech.

The plaque should be done because Tebow backed up exactly what he said that day. I don’t feel the shock of losing to Ole Miss got to him as much as someone finally bowing up & putting him on the turf on 4th & 1. Here’s hoping Ole Miss puts up some plaques of their own this year!

i think tebow’s speech was a bunch of bullcrap. this is SEC football. you win some, you lose some. get over it, and take the loss with some respect for your opponent and some humility. his taking the blame for the loss was melodramatic at best. it was hard for me to hold back laughter when he stared into the cameras all teary-eyed and SERIOUSLY meant every word when he said “i’m sorry…i’m so sorry” over a freakin’ football game. any other player who wasn’t a media darling might have been ridiculed for such a display.

Maybe someone should remind the Gator Nation and Mr. Tebow that the Rebels have 3 of the last 4 with the Gators. However what the Gators not just Tebow did the rest of the season was pretty darn impressive.

No doubt Tebow will/should go down as one of the greats to play college football, but I think it’s a little tacky to honor someone like this while they’re still in school.

“You will never see any player in the entire country who will play harder than I will play the rest of the season. And you will not see someone push the rest of the team as hard as I will push everybody for the rest of the season, and you will never see a team play harder than we will the rest of the season.”
Great speech Tebow!!!! The Ole Miss Rebels controlled you and the Gators. They have did this in the past to Gators teams and they will continue on into the future. Its just something about the advantage that the Rebs have over the Gators in football.
Even when Ole Miss was not cool in football, the Rebs still had a way of inflicting damage to the Florida Gators.

Hopefully he gets a rematch next year.
