FOOTBALL: Today’s Agenda

The wide receivers are next up in our daily position features. I spoke with several of them Saturday. Lots of depth at the position. Here’s our take on the linebackers from today’s print edition.

PA, it sounds like Fein is getting his head together. What’s your take on him from watching him practice? It’s good to hear that it looks like the depth at LB is going to be good. Larry

I thought one of Tony’s problems last year was quickness. How much he plays might be dictated by how good Jonathan Cornell is, and that’s still unanswered since he got hurt early in the second game last year. We’ll just have to see.

Nothing to do with wide receivers just a word from an ole Irishman:

A point to ponder despite your political affiliation:

‘We, in Ireland , can’t figure out why you people are even bothering to hold an election in the United States

On one side, you had a pants wearing female lawyer, married to another lawyer who can’t seem to keep his pants on, who just lost a long and heated primary –

against a lawyer, who goes to the wrong church, is married to yet another lawyer, who doesn’t even like the country her husband wants to run !

    Now…On the other side,
You have a nice old war hero whose name starts with the appropriate Irish ‘Mc’ terminology, married to a good looking younger woman who owns a beer distributorship!!

What in God’s name are ye lads & lassies thinkin over there in the colonies??

It’s funny because it’s true. Good one JB.
