4. Alabama 4. … Big plays lifted Tide in big win.

5. Vanderbilt 6. … What are you supposed to do with six take-aways? Win.

Sorry PA, this doesn’t have anything to do with football. I want to let everybody know about a new movie coming out this weekend. Its comes from the same church that brought us Facing the Giants (which you need to see if you haven’t already). If interested, please make an attempt to see it on opening weekend so that it will saty in the theaters longer.

Tyler thanks for posting. We need more movies with a quality message.

PA, I think the Rebs could beat Tennessee that is without 6 turnovers. Call me crazy but I think the Rebs are going to give Florida a good game, again without 6 turnovers.

Looking forward to seeing what Bama can do against Georgia this weekend. I think the jury is still out on how good they are. I don’t think they’re as good as their ranking indicates, and I think Georgia will expose that. We’ll see. Like N O Reb89 says, I think the Rebels will give the Gators a good game. I think our guys have something to prove although I don’t think we have enough talent to win unless Florida self destructs. Looking forward to another great SEC weekend! Go Rebs!

I hate to second guess you on some of these PA, it is splitting hairs for the most part anyway. 1-4 is a tier above 5-8, which is then another tier above 9-12 in my opinion. We may not be in the 8 position, I’d think UK and us are really close to that line. The Vandy/Auburn arguement will take care of itself in 2 weeks, so no reason to mention that one either. I just don’t see the optimism about Saturday in the Swamp as everyone else does. Florida has a heckuvalot to proove too. They are being questioned their ranking in the Top 5 and offensive prowless and all that jazz. We are being questioned if we can shake the schnide of alot of consecutive SEC losses. We just aren’t asking ourselves remotely close to the same questions as they are, why should we feel like we can hang with all of that talent and ability? If we think the Vandy Safety can undercut a 2 step drop for a pick 6 with a 4.6/40, what do we think will happen when the LB’s that can run 4.4/40’s are undercutting bubble-screens?

  6. djrebel Says:

Matt, you know I always welcome your second-guessing. Like you, I don’t see a Rebels surprise Saturday. I know it could happen, and I think this team would be more likely to get it done than last year’s team.

But Florida’s defense is far better than it was a year ago, and they flat don’t beat themselves. Zero turnovers on the year.
