HOOPS: The comeback trail

This update on injured Ole Miss players Trevor Gaskins, Eniel Polynice and Chris Warren is provided by Tupelo High School student Perrin Crews as part of his senior project.

Sounds like things are going well for Gaskins and Polynice, while Warren is on pace but coming along slower.

That kid has a pretty intense senior project. Well written. The Daily Mississipian needs to start recruiting him.

Gained a lot of respect for USM basketball coach today when he turned down $25,000 bonus and rollover year on his contract. He said they did have a season that met his expectations and he wanted to prove that he wants to win there. Most would have taken the money and ran for a losing season.

Very good work Perrin, thanks. Tyler, my wife’s nephew works for The Daily Mississippian.

I think that Mississippi State will lose their final three(3) games. Ole Miss needs to win at least two of the final three games left in regular season play. This would be very helpful to the Rebs in SEC tournment seating or seeding.

    GO REBELS!!!!!
